Movreak app for iPhone and iPad

Movreak has been a great social app around movies and cinemas. To keep that way, we decide to remake it, rebuild it from the ground up: redesign every parts and redevelop every features, with one goal in mind: to create the best Movreak yet. It’s like anything youve never seen before.

It starts with the side menu. You’ll find every features in the menu with just one swipe-to-right away.

• In Cinema
All movies currently playing in cinema in your city are listed here. Movreak also lets you informed which movies are just released in cinema with the “New” badge, and which one are featured.

Touch a movie poster, you’ll taste the whole new Show Time (available for selected countries). Tap a showtime, you’ll find everything you can do with show time: share it, copy it, add it to calendar, or even organise watching movie together with friends with Watching Plan. For supported cinema (only for Indonesia’s Blitzmegaplex for now), you can check the seat availability.

Touch “Movie Detail” button and you’ll find a whole lot more about the movie.

• Movie Details
You’ll find everything-need-to-know of a movie here. Rating, genre, cast and crew, duration, release date, synopsis, similar movies, you name it.

Movreak also includes Rotten Tomatoes’s critics and rating. Not satisfied? Just tap IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes button to find a whole lot more about the movie.

Enjoy the “live” poster. Swipe on poster to find one or more movie trailers. Touch on the live poster to present a posters gallery, where you can share the posters.

• Search Movie & Celebrity
You can search any movies here, literally any movies you can think of, in cinemas or not. Want to search the first “TRON” (1982)? You’ll find it, along with its details, posters, and even trailers.

Stalking a celebrity? Search his/her name, then the bio, filmography, and latest news will appear.

• Coming Soon
Sneak peek upcoming movies in “Coming Soon”. Then you can check all its details, and more importantly, the release date. What you can do next? Adding it to your Watching Plan.

• Watching Plan & Watched Movies
Watching movies is better together with friends. Playing in cinema or not, or even upcoming movie, you can invite your friends to watch it together.

If you are a movie freak enough, you can use Watching Plan to organise all movies you’ll watch in the weekend or spare time.

Just watched a movie? Mark it as “watched” and it will be automatically organised in your “Watched Movies” list. Hey, don’t forget to review the movie you just watched in “User Review”.

• User Reviews
Just watch a movie and love it or hate it, why dont you leave a review. Want to discuss a movie or not agree with someones review? Just respond it. Keep the conversation going in the new User Reviews detail page.

Like a review or want to report it as spoiler instead? tap “+” button and you’ll find all you can do with a review.

As you can search any movies in Movreak, now you can review any movies as well. Want to see reviews of currently playing movies only? Use the filter. Tapping User Review’s title will present you options to filter the reviews.

Tap on a reviewer’s name or avatar, a profile sheet will pop up. You can see her/his reviews and watched movies list. Of course, Movreak only shows watched movies that are NOT marked as “private watching”.

• Movie News
Catch up with the latest news around movies. Read a news with a comfortable well-formatted news reader. Here you can share news to social or send it to Pocket app. Find images in news, long tap on them and see you what you find.

Currently, show time and cinema data are only available for Indonesia (21 Cineplex, XXI, Premiere, dan Blitzmegaplex), Singapore, and Malaysia. But it doesn’t mean you can not use Movreak outside those countries. All features are available and fully functional, except show time and check seats.
